Gmail simplified email,

Figma simplified design,

Notion simplified organising documents,

Zoom simplified remote work,

The list goes on…

We are on a similar quest to simplify analytics - on a mission to bring analytics closer to decision makers so that better questions can be asked and answered.

Cross-db joins need to be as simple as vlookups in an excel sheet, creating a data-warehouse as simple as creating folders in google drive and running classification algorithms as simple as creating a pivot table. I hope you get the drift.

This is our recipe -

1. A familiar interface that anyone can use. Nothing, nothing comes close to spreadsheets, the interface we have all loved and used for decades now.

2. All the data that is needed is available. No more bottlenecks on engineering to sort out pipelining.

3. Enough Intelligence so that obvious (and some of not so obvious) is obvious. Discerning the ‘real insights’ is where time and energy is spent.

Even as I write this, I am overawed by sheer magnitude of the challenge we have undertaken. But after numerous experiments, we have come far enough to release the beta on 30 July 2023.
